I have been using MS Acces for over 10 years and have come very proficient with creating databases. As I became more proficient I have used VBA exclusively instead of using macros - I've always heard that VBA is the best way. In previous versions I only used the wizards as a matter of convience for because the wizard always created the error code for me and I didn't have to create the error code myself. Once I used the wizard I could delete all the code except for the error lines and do anything I wanted.
Along comes Access 2007 and along with all of the zillions of other changes, they changed the wizard so than not instead of using VBA it uses embedded macros. This drives me crazy because I don't like macros! I don't care if macros have been improved in some way - I still want to use VBA.
Does anyone know if there's any way in Access 2007 to change the wizard defalut so that it used VBA instead of embedded Macros.
Thanks GEM
