MS Access 2010 - Zoom Box Not Working?

I have the following attached to a field on a form - On double click - [Event procedure] DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdZoomBox Shift and F2 is not working either? Any ideas how to get it working as its working fine on my colleagues PCs whose front ends are linked to the same back end database?

When I press Shift F2 I now get a message popping up saying "Utility add-in is missing or was modified." When I try and add this utility I get the message "The wizard youv'e requested is not installed or is in a bad state. Please install or reinstall the wizard" I am currently downloading MS Office 2010 and will try re-installing the office suite to see if that fixes things.

I have the same problem - immediately after an office update in the last week. From what I have read, MS have stopped pushing the update and are working on the problem.

After re-installing MS Office 2010, the zoom box is now working again. When selecting the install options, I selected "RUN FROM PC" against all the MS Access installation, some of which was not selected by default.
