I know the title sounds weird. Here is my problem. I have been asked to create a form for data entry. There are 7 questions that they want to have multiple answers they can check. These answers are set answers. Each question has upwards to 14 answers available. I have made a table with the question, a key number and the answers. How would I make a table that allows a field in a table to have multiple answers in it. Each person answering the question is annomomous and has a ID# and has to be in the final table. It is used in a hospital setting where case management wants to know what caused the patient to stay longer than neccessary. This is called avoidable days. So I have 7 things that can be causes and numerous set strings under each cause. I don't know where to begin. I can make a table and a form but I can only have one string selected under each cause for the table. Comboboxes linked to the cause table.
