Multiple drop down menus problem

Hello,

I have 4 drop down menus where I can select a player's name.
After selecting that player, I want to either:

A. Not have the player name selected in the First Drop Down Menu show up in the next 3 drop downs

or

B. The name selected in the first drop down will not allow the name to be selected again in the other 3 drop downs

This should happen with each of the drop downs. No duplicates with any of the selections.
