I have a report that generates nametags, and we save nametags from one function to the next and try to reuse the ones we can.

It would be great if I could use a parameter query to filter out the folks I have nametags for already. Is it possible to set multiple parameters on the same field (the number of people I already have nametags for would vary from function to function), AND/OR to use "<>" or "Not" with a parameter?

Thanks!

How about having and update query run to update a Yes/No field when you print name tags. Then next time print only those that do not have the box checked....

Thanks, Jack,
That was one thing I had thought of, I was just trying to get around having to remember to do more data entry than we do already. another thing is that one of the key staff that use the database to generate reports only has read-only access to the db, and she would have to email me the names of the tags she has or doesn't have, then I would have to update the db, compact it and re-email it to her. A little more frequent maintenance than I was hoping for.
