I have a query that takes multiple arguments sent from a form. The following line show the number of these arguments.

Like IIf(IsNull([Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo10]),"*",[Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo10]) "this selects the Project"

Like IIf(IsNull([Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo12]),"*",[Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo12]) "This selects the area"

Like IIf(IsNull([Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo14]),"*",[Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo14]) "This selects the system"

Like IIf(IsNull([Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo16]),"*",[Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![combo16]) "This selects the line class"

>+[Forms]![WeldStatus_frm]![TxtDateFrom] And <=[Forms]![Weldstatus_frm]![TxtDateTo] "This selects the date range for me"

These are all under the columns they should be in the query but not all of them work when the report is run. Data is returned but includes data that should have been filtered out by the query. The 1st 3 will work together in other reports without the other 2. The date selection does work in the report. Is there a certain way to put them into the Criteria area of the query so that all will work?

Figured out my mistake. In the select statement for the combo box it was trying to send the id field instead of the data field. Working good now.
