I have a form with 2 different methods of entering XY data to import into GIS the first is simply 2 fields where you type in the XY value and the second you type in a reference with a relationship to another table containing the coordinates. what i would like to do is have them both appear in the same field but i cant work out how to do this, its relationship is through a hidden UID in a 0cm wide column. is there a way to automatically create a new record in the Grid ref when adding a new value to a text box? any suggestions or help is appreciated
