Multiselection list box not duplicated

Hey everybody. I have this form and on this form I've placed a list box which is set to multi select (if needed) several data. The problem appeared when I tried to add a command button which would duplicate all the fields of the record (with the exception of an autonumber field). All fields do duplicate. The multiselection list box doesn't, it is just left empty.

Is there something I can do to pass the same data through duplication to the next record?
