My Acess 2007 Forms are Slow

i don't think i can help on your issues except to say that i'm using access 2007 and my forms work fine, without any lag.
so it's not really access 2007, but most likely something to do with, perhaps, your code, your computer RAM(?) or some other thing. e.g., did you recently upgrade to vista? vista will suck a lot more RAM than XP used to... maybe you have come complex modules/macros/VB on each field? have you tried this ddb on other machines or diff versions of windows?
also, do your other ddbs work properly? is it only one ddb, or only new 2007 ddb? you really need to provide a little more info. without knowing more about your situation, you may also need to consider if you have acquired a virus or maliscious software.
