My menu's are gone! HELP!

Oh man!

In Startup, I unchecked the boxes to hide the shortcut menu's and the toolbars. Now I can't do anything. I shut myself out from going anywhere within my database. How can I get around this?

Hold your shift key down when opening the database. Keep it down until the database fully opens.
