Hello!
I'd be really grateful for some suggestions to make my database more effective.

I have created a database based on allen browne's recur for a cleaning company with about 500 customers. It stores details of all the customers and all the jobs done for each customer. Some are one offs, others weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annually etc so allen browne's recur was genius for being able to input the details once and get all the jobs instances generated for the job sheets and invoices.

I've now realised that I really need to record the jobs that have been completed to identify jobs that are generated for a certain date but may not have actually taken place if they weren't assigned to a job sheet.

I'm just not sure how to do this for each date instance as they are not stored in a table but generated in a query field and I need to see the details of the parent record that the instance belongs to. I also don't want to create a process that is too labour intensive!

Any ideas?
