Need a query that gives results even if zero

I need a query that will display all the options even if a zero



any suggestions?

Its a query on ethnicity, I have 26 options for ethnicity however if noone is from a certain ethnicity then it doesn't show up in my query results and I need it to?

I suppose with Ethnicity it's one of those things that doesn't change unless the government decides to add another, so no need to normalise. But actually, it might be easier for searching purposes if normalised.

You can use Is Null in the OR criteria of your query.

I think the OP is looking for an 'outer join' :

Show all from one table (Ethnic) and add information from another (people?) where applicable.
