Okay, first I'm no programmer. I know a little to be dangerous, but I'm a novice at best.
This is the scenario I'm trying to solve for:
I've created an Auditor Form and on the form there are several fields that tie to a specific Agent to be audited. I want to create an Auto Assignment button that will auto assign upwards of 20 agents for a specific auditor based on Eligbility (which I've created a table to tie the Auditor record to Agents they cannot audit) and if the Auditor is in work circulation (i.e. not on vacation, etc.)
By clicking this button an auditor will have 20 agents to audit and complete the score card manually. How do I accomplish this?
Remember, I'm no programmer but if someone could point me in the right direction or provide me sample code that would accomplish this that would be appreciated.
