Need Help Creating Time Clock in Report

I have a field called TimeRemaining in my access report. It calculates the time left that a work order has to be closed in before the corporate office calls the branch and requests information (this is a bad thing). It is based on another field called RepairType. There are 3 repair types, "MINOR", "MAJOR" and blank (meaning nothing has been evaluated). I need help writing a script that shows the remaining time before expiration in the field called TimeRemaining. MINOR repairs have 1 day before they are bad, MAJOR repairs have 3 days before they are bad, and the blank fields need to have text in them that says "ACTION NEEDED!!". I'd like to have this information print out in "days, hours, and minutes" format. Thank you very much for your help!!
