Need Help to design a registration database..

Hi there,

I am about to undertake a project to develop a database with necessary forms and queries to Register students entering into a school. I want to create some front ends approximately ( 4 )..so that at least four teachers could sit with laptops and connect to the database back end and add students simultaneously. Now about the database, it will basically need to take in student bio data, parents data, guardian data, address, religious and medical data.

I am not too seasoned in access but i can do quite a bit.. I would like some advice and direction about this project..Please.
