Hi,
First off, I'd like to say that I am new at using Microsoft Access so if my questions seem simple, please bear with me.
I am creating a database for the properties I own using Microsoft Access. I have built a many-to-many relationship between the properties and it's use. Right now, the form I've created does not display all the uses of each property at once. Rather, if stores the different uses as different records. For example, property 10 is both a retail rental and a residential rental. Currently, it is stored in 2 records of the form. One record shoes property 10 as a retail rental; the other shows property 10 as a residential rental. Is it possible to change the form so it displays both uses in 1 record?
Thank you in advance.
