Need Help With Order Form

I've been trying to sort out my order form for quite a while now with no luck but i am hoping someone will be able to help me so that i can complete the form and finish off the system. I want the order form to have combo boxes that actually work (At the moment all my combo boxes bring up a message at the bottom saying something like 'control cannot be edited'), The product subform does not work where i want to be able to created the order (and i need the rest of the boxes in the row to be updated some how with the product information when i choose the product), Also non of the other boxes seem to work either and need to know how to update fields when employee and customer are selected in the combo boxes. Also i want to be able to show previous customer orders in the 'View Customer' form.

Any help is appreciated but please try and keep any help simple as i haven't really been using access for very long.

You have a combo box named "employee ID" under employee Details. Should this automatically fill in the First Name & Last Name on your form.

Yeh, thats what i want it to do and i also want the same thing to happen product ID (In the subform) and also for customer details. Although i havent been able to make this happen yet as a message appears at the bottom when i try and select anything from any of the combo boxes, it says 'Control cannot be edited; it bound to .... field...'

I am looking at it Now for you, but i am having to re-work some of the forms.

Thanks very much, is great. With the customer ID combo box will i now have to type in the customer ID because no list comes up any more. Thanks, Bob.

I thought you would be entering your customers names and addresses though the main menu as there is an option to do this.

I have amended the database to reflect the customers names and address when entered into system though your main menu.
