I have some card stock that has the following dimensions:
w=5in.
H=3in
Left and right removable margins = 1.5 in

There are 4 cards per page like:
=
=
=
=

I have done very little with reports so could some assistance. The data being printed is a barcode with the bar code "text" information on two lines i.e.
barcode uses (free 3 of 9 extended) font.

This may be TMI but like to give more then less

Thanks,

Doc

Have a look at the label printing reports in MS Access, they have some options that might be useful to you.

I tried to use the label wizard and no matter what I do I can only get 3 labels on a page. The label wizard is set to 3x5 size and the font for the field is 36 (free 3 of 9 extended). Am I not using the correct font?

check all your dimensions - label size and space between, top and bottom margins and don't forget the 'normal' page size and page margins - set the margins to 0

as a fix, perhaps make the label size slightly shorter and increase the vertical space between by the same amount

Make sure the detail section of the report does not have extra space below the bottom control. This will increase the height of the label and prevent four from fitting.

Also, reduce the size of the margins. They may be too large.
