currently when the form loads the find/replace box pops-up and is set to look in the name field on the form.
1. When the user enters the name in the box and then finds the record I want the find box to close automatically.
2. The user tends to click in different fields when browsing the results set. When they want to search again they click a search button but it sets the search to the field where the cursor is. I want the search to automatically revert the search back to the name field on the form.
It had been a couple of years since I used Access so please be patient with my grasp of code etc....
