need some help pls

Im trying to run a report. So i will get a print preview. In the report it show blank fields. I really dont need the blank field in the report. Can someone please help me out with this thank you in advance

I don't get exactly what you are looking for. If you have that NEXT EPR on your report but it is blank because there is no data for it in the table (it should actually probably be an expression and not stored in the table), then you just need to remove the control that is on the report so it isn't there. I must not be understanding you completely. Can you elaborate on what it is you really are wanting?

im try to make a database, example enter current epr date in the field and the next epr field is an automatic expression 11 month after the current epr. im trying to run a report that pulls up name and next epr but i dont want to see empty next epr fields in the report. if anyone has any idea on how to do this pls share
