I think I need to ask this differently.

Can I create a form (or report or anything) that has consecutive pages with exact info except for a label or something at the bottom which will be "General Accounting copy", "Clienty copy", etc?

The idea is for each record to have several (5 ideally) identical sheets, except for what I call the destination label (client, accntg, records dept, etc).
Forms and reports have height restrictions that do not permit more than two 8 by 11 pages.

Anyone else have these requirements and successfully work around it?

more info...

Honestly I have no idea what you are talking about. I think you need provide a bigger picture. May be i am wrong.

SOrry about that. Here's the deal.

I send out results and invoices for work done from a form. (I dont use a report because forms give me the freedom to filter for hospital ID, etc, and send more than one page at a time, give someone a test at no charge, etc).

For the invoices, copies have to go to more than one destination (one copy to accounting, two to the client, etc.)

The powers that be demand that these copies all have their destination on them. So I need to print one copy that says "General Accounting" on the bottom, two that say "client copy" on the bottom, etc.
I was going to simply have my form consist of 5 identical pages with page breaks placed so that basically, the same information is printed on five copies with a different label at the bottom that designates it accounting copy or client copy etc. However, height restriction of 22 inches only allows for two pages, and I am trying to find a work around that doesn't involve five different forms created, because I will not be doing the billing, and I want it to require as little as possible for the person who will be doing this for me.

Now, hopefully that is as clear as mud.
thanks,
