new customer form update

Hello,

On a order form, I currently have an 'edit customer' button which edits the current customer's profile in a 'customers' form

I was wanting to include a 'new customer' button that could automatically open up the 'customers' form, add a new record and then upon closing the form would update the order form to include the new customer.

Is there a simple script to achieve this task? I've had the problem of after creating a new customer, I have to close and open the order form for it to update and include the new customer.
