New Switchboard - Code now not working

I have recently added a standard access switchboard to my database. Now one of the forms flatly refuses to open from the switchboard giving "No Current Record" error. The form opens fine when opened directly. There must be a conflict between the S/B and the Open Form code but I can't see what. I have not used a switchboard before.

The new message box tells me that there are no records, but why are there none ?
1. If I open the form directly, there are 9 records and the form opens correctly at today's date.
2. If I open the form via the switchboard there are no records at all

When you set up the SwitchBoard, you were opening the next form in Add Mode. Go into the [Switchboard Items] table and change the 2 in the [Command] field of the second record to a 3 and see what happens.
