Question Newb needs help w/templates

Hi everyone,

I am new to Access and recently asked at work to create a access db to track calls, like a help desk.

There is a wonderful template for Call tracking in Access 2007, unfortunatley I am working in 2003 and it is not convertable.

The templates in 2003 do not fit my needs.

So my question is:

1. does anyone know how to convert the 2007 Call Tracker template to 2003

2. If not does anyone know a simple Call tracking template that I can buy out of the box on-line. Nothing to fancy or expensive.

Thanks so much Ezfriend, that is so cool of you to offer...well my job now says that I can use Acess 2007 and it has a great template for Call Tracking and Customer Service, so I will give it a shot...but if things dont work out with it or I need help modifying the template I will keep you in mind...I would offer to pay as well, not much but I feel it is important to pay for peoples work.....
