Unashamedly, I'm a bit of a dunce with Access 2000 and am throwing this question out to you helpful chappies for any assistance you can provide.
I'm creating a database for my organisation for monitoring Equal Opps information on our staff and service users. This will be used by mostly computer illerterate people so I'm trying to make it as easy to use as possible by using pretty forms and drop down lists. So far, I have created the forms for inputting information and made a luverly switchboard to navigate round.
My problem starts here: I want to be able to create someway of comparing the data which has been inputted against a baseline(which is the National Census Info) in order to compare our representation amongst the cities population we are working in. I though of some sort of bar chart which has the existing information on it and the data which has been previously inputted matched against it, so we can see where we are under-represented.
I hope what I want to achieve is clear - I would appreciate any assistance you have.
Cheers
