Newbie help with a report

Hey all, im looking for a solution, ive created a report, it shows everything i need except when i go to the next page the information is continued but without the header, also on the previous page the header is there but no information, how can i get it to repeat the header on the next page and not show the header on the previous one?
If any of this makes sence id love some help.

Don't double post, it causes confusion - sometimes it takes ages to post so if you accidentally click twice use the delete button to remove one of them

It sounds to me like your information is overrunning the page margin and causing it to run on to the next page. Try changing your margins or shortening the text boxes on the page.
