Hi, just joined what seems to be a helpful and friendly place.
I have started a new job recently providing IT support (my background is many years of hardware - specialising in water-cooled mainframes).
They currently use Excel for a relatively large amount of interconnected data and I tritely said "You should be using Access".
I now have the task of building this new database and learning Access at the same time! So I guess I might be asking some pretty silly questions on here!
