No Data in Subreport

I have a report based on a query (Personnel) that lists employees in my organization by name. I want to show a category of personnel ("FTM" or Full Time Manning) in a subreport on the Report Footer, listing them by name.

Using the Subreport Wizard, I used their SSN to link the main report Personnel Query with the subreport FTM Query.

The "stand alone" subreport in the Access Reports listing shows the correct data, but "NOTHING" appears in the in the Report Footer.

I'm using Access 2002. Does anyone know where I went wrong? I'm new at this.

Either remove the link or move the subReport out of the Report footer

Thanks for the reply, Rich, but I'm confused. Let me clarify:

I want the FTM personnel in the subreport to appear in both reports. I merely want to identify them as a "standalone group" of FTM at the end of the report for quick reference.

If I remove the link, how wouldthey be identified for the subreport?

If I remove the subreport from Report Footer, where would I put it?

Is what I'm attempting to do possible?? As you might suspect, I don't work with subreports often!!!

1. Try to make another new form using form wizard.Put from the available fields to selected fields (from 2 tables).
2. Try make relationship between 2 tables.
