not default value but

I have a form with 3 fields I'm currently concerned with, I'll call them fielda, field b and fieldc. I have fielda defaulting to 100. What I want to do is have fieldB and fieldC default to what ever the user typed in in FieldA. So it's not a default thing. Does this sound like it could be a after lost focus on FieldA, fill in FieldB and C, but can this be done, and if so how?

Try setting the value of fieldB and fieldC from the AfterUpdate event procedure of fieldA.

fieldB=fieldA
fieldC=fieldA
