notification icon flickering after every page render (1 Viewer)

hey @Jon ? is anyone else complaining about this? I've dumped my data multiple times, and this persists. has been happening for the last 10 days or so. when I render ANY page here on the forum, it will flicker 1 time with the wrong notification count number, then it will disappear immediately. Here is what it looks like when it appears for just 1 second:

Some others have mentioned it. I do not know the cause. I suggest to clear your cache.

haven't I already said that? what are you, a level one support 1 tech!? LOL . you are learning coding, last time I heard.
