nth selects

help, I have a list of e-mails in an access database and I need to split up every other record into nth selects,
can Access handle this?

Example:

List 1 List 2


Record Record
1 2
3 4
5 6
7 8
9
11
etc...

Use Mod() to find out if a number is even or odd

if n Mod 2 = 0 then its even ... else its odd
