hi,

I want to put a company logo in my report ( object/picture) but when I send the report via w-mail or link it to a word document it disappears
is it not possible for it to stay in the report

Is the image embedded or linked in your original report? How are you sending it? If you export to PDF the image should stay in place?

I have attached a copy of the report
it has 2 images in it , I would like both to stay in the report if I send it direct by e-mail or if I print it is word or something

I believe that you can only output directly to email or Word in RTF (Rich Text Format) which won't preserve the images.
The only other option would be to export the report to pdf and attach that automatically to the email.

Hi, hope it's ok if I piggy-back on this. I created a directory for my church via a series of reports. The cover has the church logo, but when I print it, the logo disappears. The picture is embedded. And I know it's not the printer because I can print forms with pictures just fine. Thanks in advance for any help!
