Hi I have been trying to google a solution to this problem and have been asking several other forums and haven't gotten an answer to this issue I am having:
My form goes off the screen to the bottom and whenever you use the scrollbar on the right every single object on the form will flash until you stop moving it. Its probably some kind of bad syncing with the redraw and monitor refresh, but I can not seem to find a solution to this fix. Any help/advice/whatever would be greatly appreciated.
Also on an unrelated question, the mouse scroll scrolls through records on a form. I have seen tutorials on disabling this for access, but is there a way to make it so the mouse scroll scrolls down the form instead of through the records? Thanks for any help on either issues.
