ODBC Access to Oracle sequence error

Hi,

I have an ODBC connection from MS Access to Oracle. On some linked tables I get the following message
'ODBC--call failed'
'Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Function sequence error (#0)'
I've used two drivers with the same result
'Oracle in instantclient10_2'
'microsoft ODBC for Oracle'

any ideas anyone?
