ODBC Issue

I've setup an Access query/report that prompts me to log in once to a closed database that can't use windows authentication. Afterwards, I'm able to run all queries associated with that access file without being prompted to log in again until closing out and going back into the file. Other users are prompted to log in with their ODBC sql login credentials every time they click a query within the same file. I've been told that they have to enter their password more than once in some situations in order to get a query to run. This is a behavior that I've never personally experienced with the file.

If anyone has any tips on what could be causing this, please let me know.
