I am working on hybridizing our Access 2007 database FE+BE to work with Office 365 BE and Access 2013 FE as described here:
http://www.devhut.net/2014/01/13/how...zure-database/
So far it looks promising for my small company but I am having trouble with finding information about how to save a daily back up of the table data, whether on a local machine or in the cloud.
The end goal is to have several project specific hybrid database apps with BE data on the Office 365 sharepoint site (+ a separate FE for each) and we would need to be able to restore the individual apps from a daily backup to roll back if needed.
I'm not sure saving an .accdw file as an app package snapshot would work due to file size restrictions. Anyone have experience with this? Seems like there is a plethora of third party backup services for Office 365 - can anyone point me in a useful direction? I am sure my company would prefer to not pay for additional services if possible and certainly a large fee would not fly with management.
Thank you!
