"On Change" Code Problem

I have a drop-down menu on a form. When an item is selected on the menu, I have code that automatically changes a value in another field. This works great, until I try to manually enter the item into the field without using the drop-down arrow. When this is done, the other field is not updated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Try the after update event
