On Date Change in form mark checkbox

Hi all

I am trying to figure out a way of automatically marking a checkbox called [Printed Yes/No] in a table called [Contacts]! that will check as No when a field called [ServiceDueDate] which has a data type of Date/Time is changed or updated.
