One 2 Many Linked Excel Sheet?

I have 2 table currently linked together using a one to many relation. Rather than manually updating the information each day in table 2, i want the same format of data but using a linked excel sheet. This way the information can just be updated elsewhere by the excel sheet. I can't seem to get the sheet to link in the one to many way though, just intermediate. Is this possible?

Currently the data is all processed using excel. Basically, its a directory of sites which have engineers allocated to them, which change each day. The engineer rota is supplied daily on an Excel spreadsheet. I now have the directory run through Access, which i have working great even using related table for the engineers. The problem I got is getting the engineer rota into the engineer table each day when it is supplied on an Excel sheet and i dont want to be manually updating each field each day.
