One Calendar for mutipule fields

Well I spent a good hour almost search the forms for a calendar question I have, but had no success finding what I was looking for. Most of the forum questions where answering question about using a single calendar for one field. I have a form that has mulipule date fields and would rather create one pop up calendar to cover all these different date fields instead of having to create an individual calendar for each date field.

Thanks for your response. What I am actually looking for, but failed to mention in my first post, is to place a icon at each date field on the form and have it pull up a calendar to enter the date into the field. I am not a script writter and have just really begun to get indepth with Access itself.
