One last question - extra lines

I have a solid line separating records in my report. Sometimes the solid line immediately follows the text of the record above and sometimes it seems to leave an extra line. Any ideas what is causing this extra space?

If you have any groupings it is probably a footer, or extra space in the group header as it changes groups.
