Only able to see a form in Design View

Hi,
I'm in the midst of building a database. I created a form which was working with fields from related tables. However once I added another table, created a relationship then added these fields to the form I can no longer view the Form when I open it. However if I open it in Design View the fields and formatting etc are there.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I deleted the fields to see if I could get the form to view but that hasn't working.

Just a guess; but it sounds like the new table and relationship you have added, has caused a situation where there is no data that fits the criteria of the query that populates your form.
