open a form from another form for same customer

Ok guys this should be an easy one for someone out there to answer. I have an order form and I would like to create a button that will open up the customers form that is related to the customer I am working on so I can edit their information. My order form has the customer Id field along with the Contactname. How can I set this up so when I push a button on the order form it will open up the customers form where I enter or edit the customers information. Please help if you can.
