Open a listbox record in edit mode (1 Viewer)

Good morning I am new to access and have been enjoying learning to use it. I have a question I can't find an answer to. I have a listbox that just pulls from a customer table. I also made a form to edit and delete entries on the table to keep users out of the table. Is there a way to set the double click event in the listbox to where it will open the record clicked in that add/edit form?

why not use a Form (datasheet/continuous/split form) directly?
there is a limit on the number of element that a listbox can hold.

I have no attachment for sure to the listbox I just did not know that was a thing. Can you give me some rough setup suggestions? I am pretty good at manipulating to what I need just need the basics.

Thanks both of you. I got that going, but the one thing I liked about the list box is I could search by various criteria, is there a way to incorporate that more then just the search field at the bottom of the screen so it will pull up only the items that match that criteria?
