open a table with a filtered view?

i have an adp that i'm building some forms on.
i'm trying to find a way to open a table but return no records - just a "filter by form" view...

this has to be dynamic, as the table name is selected from a combo box. I also thought about building a form "on-the-fly". Any ideas?
