Hi guys,
Hope this is in the correct place for this.
I have a folder on my system that contains .cab files
C:\program files\guardall\data\configs\(Customer name)
and contained in the .cab files are 20 or so .dbf files but I only need three of them, "sizes.dbf Circuits.dbf misc.dbf"
I need to extract the above 3 into a folder called c:\documents and settings\keith\desktop\guardall cct list creator
At the moment I have to go to my desktop shortcut for (C:\program files\guardall\data\configs\) locate the required Customer Select the the 3 .dbf files extract them to my folder (c:\documents and settings\keith\desktop\guardall cct list creator) Is there anyway I can automate this task using Access 2007, as my database uses the info.
Ideally i'd like to click on a button chose my customer and have the files extracted and placed in the required folder.
