What i want to do is when I open up my database I want the frm_switchboard to be opened by default, so that anyone who opens the database will automatically get the switchboard so they can work from there. Any ideas?

If in 2007, go to the big round office button and then to Access Options and then Current Database. You should see a dropdown that allows you to select the opening form.
If in a version prior to 2007, go to Tools > Startup and then select from the dropdown.
If in a version prior to 2007, go to Tools > Startup and then select from the dropdown.
