Operating Systems That Support Access 2010

Does anyone know which operating systems will run Access 2010? Or, do they all, with the exception of MAC's without supporting software, such as Parallel?

Would this be a true statement:

Supported operating systems: Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-Bit x86), Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 editions, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows XP Service Pack 3
Only the 32-bit Access 2010 Runtime is supported on Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I am running into trouble at a client site where they are running XP SP3. I can't update Office 2010 past SP1 and there is an Access bug that is causing me considerable pain. Since the client won't upgrade the OS, I have to convert the app back to A2003.
