Order by or something like that

Hi all
I have some fields that I have to order.
I have "essence" "qualité" "couleur" "longueur", "épaisseur"...(it's in french)
it have more than one essence, more than one qualité etc...
it doesn't matter the order of essence, qualité etc...but...for the qualité it have 4 qualité that is possible: "1+2wh", "sap", "reg" and "uns".
In my report...I would like that the program display it in order like I wrote it in this email. Does it have a simple way to do it?
If so, Please tell me how to do that. after it my database will be complete.
