order peoples names in a query

Hello

I have a query, what I'm trying to do is have the query order peoples names, so that when I run a query, all records of lee are followed by all records by john, than maria etc.....I know I can A-Z after I run the query but is there a way of doing it in design view?

In QUERY Design View under the Name of the table there is a row called SORT:

Click on it there shoudl be a dropdown. The Leftmost Column is sorted first.
